A very poor error in judgment

Here is a front and rear clip from Fly6 CE and Fly12 CE of a truck making a passing manoeuvre when another vehicle approaches from the opposite direction. As a result he had to cut me off to avoid collision. You can see the car coming in the front view and how the truck had to cut back in on me.
