Aggressive Overtake attempt

Collin Roofing LTD van driver decides while waiting at traffic lights I am going past that cyclist, everything else be damned. We are turning right past a traffic island, with parked cars on the left... there is an SUV doing a U-turn to join our side of the road and a bin truck approaching... still though he rev's his little heart out in an attempt to get past!!.
