I was cycling along the bike path on my way home from work when I saw pedestrians in the path. I rung the bell to signal I was approaching. This resulted in the pedestrian coming straight in my way and then kicking my bike to throw me off balance. There was damage to the rear wheel mudguard but I could have ended up alot worse off. This incident is being reported to the police for assault.
