Close pass by M10 heading towards Oxford St

M10 bus driver saw I had moved, and held my line, into the right hand side of my lane to get past the three parked cars in my lane, bus proceeded to overtake me anyway with less than 50cm between us. It would've taken him 3 seconds to sit behind me until I had passed the cars parked in my lane before he could safely overtaking me. It appears the driver is not aware cyclists are different from cars and come under different laws (busses regularly pass within 50cm of cars due to narrow lane widths but must give 1 metre clearance to cyclists). Complaint and footage lodged with Transport NSW.
