Dangerous pass by National Hardwood Floor Truck 23704R1

I was climbing Palisades Drive.  In this section, the road has 2 traffic lanes in both directions, but no shoulder.  A flatbed truck from National Hardwood Floor Company, plate #23704R1 passed within 1 foot of my left arm.  There was a car in the other lane and the truck driver squeezed between this other car and me in a lane that was not wide enough to do that.  He was travelling quite fast, I would estimate around 40 MPH.
