Dangerous scream from behind

Two teenage (I think?) girls screaming out a car window, from behind, just as car is passing. Could easily knock a cyclist off their bike. This is in a 15 mile canyon with 4K+ feet elevation gain. If this occurred on the decent where speeds often exceed 40 mile/hr, this could be fatal.
