Driver in wrong way

A driver who was driving in the wrong direction almost ran over me, in case he had not turned me away. Intentional, or distraction I don't know, what matters is that it is a huge irresponsibility. I participated in the police, showing the video as evidence, the driver was fined for driving in the opposite direction, and for passing the continuous line.
