Tight road, impatient driver passing climbing cyclists not concerned with oncoming descending cyclists (me and those ahead) who had to brake and hug the outer edge of the road. A little concern and just a modicum of patience on behalf of the driver would have made things much safer for all, it’s not as if he was losing time. Yes Victorian minimum passing laws were breached on both sides.
