Mack truck rolls through stop sign, rider swerves to avoid collision and truck driver applies brakes at last second

Riding NE on Terry Fox Dr. in Kanata, ON (Ottawa), a dump truck fails to stop at a stop sign at Legget and Terry Fox. I see that he hasn't come to a stop and apply brakes and swerve into the main travel lane. (Note the video timestamp is off by a few minutes).
