Near Miss on East Coast Road

I was heading downhill about 40km/h when the first two cars turned right into Spencer Rd, but a third one approaching wasn't slowing down to give way. I saw him start to turn and hit my brakes, locking up the back wheel and going a little bit sideways. Fortunately he stopped in time otherwise it would have been messy.
