No investigation will be conducted

Road train passes within touching distance & I swerve left. The police ignored my report & after further enquiries were ignored I made a complaint. The police responded to say this report was closed without any action taken as it wasnt worth their time to investigate an incident of "a minor nature" and it "appeard to be more than 1m" (the minimum legal requirement is 1.5m).
