Overtaking into a blind corner

In the evening of the 5th March 2020, I was commuting home on the cycle route near the Oval, South London. It was raining and the road was wet. Visibility was good. Up ahead and just before a blind left corner, a BMW had stopped on the right hand side of the road, to allow me to pass, when another car overtook it at speed on the wrong side of the road into the blind corner, and head-on into my side of the road. I had to swerve off road and jump onto the pavement to avoid a high speed frontal collision.
