Pay attention, please!

The driver in an oncoming left turn lane clearly has time to see me after several cars in front of me, but they are not paying attention and almost turn directly into me. I locked up my brakes and swerved to miss her car. I also offered a few words of encouragement. 🙂 Incident occurs approx. 20 seconds into this clip.
