Struck down by car in a cycle lane
19 May, 2023 - 3 years ago - on Day Street Friday night, cycling home late from work, wearing high vis and also having flashing lights. Cycling on the cycle path, with a green light to proceed, then was hit by car turning into side street.
Smack = Two fractured ribs, extensive bruising, trouble breathing. Driver said he didn't see me he said. Guy seemed off his face. Footage caught on camera and lodged as part of police report.
