Waiting until it’s Dangerous

The person driving the car sat on my tail for two 2 minutes - 2 minutes with plenty of opportunity to pass me....then she chooses to do it with oncoming traffic, parked cars on the shoulder and road furniture on a downhill when I'm doing better than 20 mph.
