“Professional” bus driver close pass

Minding my own business on a slight incline and a bus driver starts to glide past me before he realises there's a central refuge right ahead. Squeezes in right up my backside, dangerously leaving just a few feet gap, then just as I move out slightly to pass a parked van, he decides to close pass me. So where's my 5ft gap matey?......Oh, and the road is as rutted as hell.
