Same Truck 3rd time THEY JUST DONT CARE

Travelling south on the Pacific Hwy at Mt Colah in a very narrow cycle lane. I heard the truck approaching just before they passed and was able to move slightly to the left.
The truck stays well within the lane and does not move to give the minumum 1 metre.
This is the third time this truck has close passed me in the last two months. This is a popular cycling area and I can only assume that he has done this many times.
Its only a matter of time before he kills someone
I have contacted the company and every time they assure me that it wont happen again.
After the second time I took the video to the police.
I have again contacted the company but I can safely say that they wont care less.
